Choux au craquelin with layers of rich, deep dark chocolate biscuits, filled with a smooth dulce de leche cream and lightly coated with desiccated coconut. Finished with a velvety coconut mascarpone cream, decorated with piped dulce de leche cream, salted caramel crispy pearls, pure dulce de leche, and a chocolate biscuit on top.
