Story Time! It all started with a pour-over coffee on a trip to Melbourne ten years ago. Who knew that one drink would completely change our perspective on the hospitality industry? From that moment on, we were hooked. It wasn't just about the product itself, there was so much more that went into it. Our passion for the hospo life only grew from there and we owe it all to the man who introduced us to this incredible world: Paul Lee who started Diggy Doos. And now, we're thrilled to pay homage to him with our July special collaboration: Diggy Doos x Banksia Bakehouse: Diggy's Swirl. Filled with chocolate ganache, coffee cream, coffee jelly and topped with mascarpone and chocolate ganache. It's the perfect way to celebrate our love for this industry and the journey that got us here.
